Reservations are made over an email or WhatsApp request. Upon acceptance of the quotation, you will be able to pay the deposit using our online payment methods.

To confirm a booking, a deposit needs to be paid. This can be done via an EFT or via a PayGate link. Full payment is due on collection using a credit card. The excess deposit will also be payable upon collection.

Insurance is included in the rental cost. You do however need to pay a refundable excess deposit to cover any potential damages, theft, or other charges that may arise. If the rental car is returned in the same condition as when it was rented, and there are no additional charges (like toll fees or fuel charges), the excess deposit will be released back to you. If there are damages to the vehicle, theft, or other charges (like toll fees or traffic violations) during the rental period, we will deduct the necessary amount from the excess deposit to cover these expenses. The remaining deposit will then be returned to you.

The refundable excess deposit is ZAR5,000

Your excess deposit will be returned within one week.

We are based at the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA). Read the article about getting to us in our blog section. If you arrive on a flight to KMIA, we will meet you at the airport. Should you arrive on a shuttle, we will meet you at any of the shuttle terminals in Nelspruit. We are also able to deliver vehicles to Skukuza Airport or Hoedspruit Airport (Eastgate) at an additional fee.

You need to bring along a valid driver’s/international license and a credit/cheque/debit card to settle the remaining balance as well as the security deposit.

In the case of a breakdown, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for roadside assistance.

In the case of an accident, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for assistance. It is your responsibility to report an accident to the nearest police station within 24 hours.

We supply the vehicle with a full tank. You can return the vehicle with a full tank, or should you not, we will refill the vehicle and deduct the amount from your security deposit.

The traffic fine will be sent to you for payment.
